How do I make changes to my policy?

Please contact our customer service department by phone 1-800-292-2304. Policies cannot be changed by leaving a voicemail or email.

How do I obtain a Certificate of Insurance?

Please email all certificate requests to Please make sure to include your policy number and certificate holder information.

Who do I call to make my monthly insurance payment?

Our customer service department can assist in helping you process your payment. They can be reached at 1800-292-2304.

How do I cancel my policy?

Policy cancellations must be processed by our customer service department. Please call 1-800-292-2304, and one of our team members can assist you in cancelling your policy. Policies cannot be changed by leaving a voicemail or email.

Can I flat cancel my policy right after it is issued?

Flat cancellations are not permitted. Most of our policies are 25% minimum earned premium upon issuance.

Who do I call to make a claim?

Claims are handled by our claims department. Please call our claims department at 1800-292-2304.

What is our customer service hours of operation?

Customer service hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 9am to 8pm EST.

Does my policy automatically renew?

If your policy is eligible for renewal, you will receive a renewal notice 45 days in advance. You will need to make the renewal payment and advise us of any changes to your business operation.

Can I obtain a General Liability or Workers’ Compensation policy as a new business?

Yes, if you have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the related field, you can obtain a General Liability and Workers’ Compensation policy with most of the classes of business we insure.

Upon the renewal of my policy, will my renewal certificates be automatically emailed to my certificate holders?

Yes, our automated system will generate and email your renewal certificates upon renewal of your policy. If any changes need to be made, please contact our customer service department by calling 1-800-292-2304.

What if my policy is non-renewed?

This can happen for a variety of reasons outside of your control. One of our sales associates will reach out to you in advance to review other options.
